The PTA Hot Cocoa 1 Mile Fun Run Fundraiser was held on Saturday, November 3rd. You came, you ran, you drank hot cooca, and hopefully, you had lots of FUN!
We had over 100 participants and raised $2,000+ for the Burnt Mills ES PTA!!!
The class with the highest participation was Ms. Klass’ 3rd grade class with 52% participation. Congratulations, your class won a hot cocoa party!
We appreciate your participation in this event. We would especially like to thank the parent volunteers who helped with setup, hot cocoa service, warm-ups and encouraging the runners along the course. A special shout out to parent volunteers, Ray Mensah and Lanishka Clarke-Hedgman, for their amazing DJ’ing and Face Painting, respectively. And, many thanks to our school staff for their support of this event!

We’re gearing up for the Hot Cocoa Fun Run on Saturday, November 3rd!
It’s not too late to register! Online registration closes on Friday at 12pm. On-site registration will be available at the event on Saturday at 9:30am.

The BMES PTA is hosting their first ever Election Day Bake Sale on Tuesday, November 6th from 7 am -12 pm. Please help us by donating homemade or store bought goods.
Baked goods should be brought to the Burnt Mills Elementary School Front Office between 9 AM – 4 PM on Monday, November 5 (day before Election Day) OR bring them directly to the Bake Sale Table between 7 AM – 9:30 AM on Election Day – Tuesday, November 6.
