PTA READ-A-THON: MARCH 1-22, 2018

Spring into Reading: Let your Imagination Grow!

We are excited for our BMES PTA READ-A-THON fundraiser! This fundraiser will help raise funds for the PTA to support BMES while encouraging our children’s lifelong love of reading. On February 28th READ-A-THON packets were distributed via the Wednesday folder. The READ-A-THON held an official kick-off with a school-wide assembly on March 1st. The READ-A-THON will end on March 22nd with the BMES READING NIGHT event.

All students who hand in their READ-A-THON forms will receive a pencil and be included in a prize raffle. Students who read 250+ minutes will have a chance to win additional prizes, including Principal for the Day! The class with the highest percent of participation and the top three student readers (by minutes read) will also win prizes.

We hope you’re excited to spring into reading and let your imagination grow! Thank you for your support and participation!
