On March 6th, the PTA held a Read-a-thon Kick-off assembly to get students at Burnt Mills excited for the upcoming Read-a-thon. The assembly featured Brian Curry’s Book Club: The Magic Assembly. Students (and teachers!) were entertained by Mr. Curry’s magic tricks which were tied to some of his favorite books!
The BMES PTA Read-a-thon will take place March 7-28th. We hope students are excited to Discover the Magic in Reading!
